Pricing Terms
- All listed prices are exclusive of VAT and customs fees.
- The purchaser is responsible for all import duties and taxes applicable to their order.
- Billing is handled by WER GmbH in accordance with delivery conditions.
- We accept the following payment methods: Invoice, Credit Card, and PayPal. We reserve the right to refuse certain payment methods for specific orders and may suggest alternatives. You are responsible for any transaction costs.
- For credit card purchases, your card will be charged when we ship your order.
- You consent to receiving invoices and credits only in electronic format.
- PayPal is also available. During checkout, you will be directed to the website to enter your payment information.
Delivery Terms
- A handling fee of €8.50 per package will be charged for deliveries.
- Delivery Times:
- Deliveries to Poland, Italy, or France: 7 days.
- Deliveries to Sweden, Spain, or Portugal: 5 days.
- Deliveries to the Netherlands, Belgium, Austria, and Germany: 1 day.
- Please specify fixed delivery dates in the comments field when placing your order. If we cannot deliver by your requested date, we will contact you immediately.
- Delivery Times Outside the EU:
- Deliveries to the USA and Canada: 1-2 days.
- Deliveries to South America and Asia: 3+ days.
- Textiles on Demand (e.g., polo shirts) have a delivery time of 14-20 days. Please specify fixed delivery dates in the comments field when placing your order. If we cannot deliver by your requested date, we will contact you immediately.
Shipping to third countries
- Deliveries to third countries have a longer delivery time.
- For orders over 1000€ value of goods, export documents must first be prepared, which extends the delivery time by 1-2 weeks.
- Any import duties and taxes are to be borne by the customer.
